ANKARA — Leading Turkish defense enterprise ASELSAN has officially signed a procurement agreement valued at $195 million (USD) with the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, Secretariat of Defence Industries (SSB).
Announced via a public disclosure platform (KAP) notification on October 7, 2026, the contract covers the manufacturing, delivery, and integration of advanced next-generation radar systems for the Turkish Armed Forces (TAF). The multi-year acquisition program is designed to reinforce integrated air defense networks, border surveillance capabilities, and counter-battery operational readiness across land, naval, and air platforms.
