CAMP GRAFTON, ND / WASHINGTON — BLADE (formerly HDT Global) announced on October 8, 2026, that its Hunter WOLF (Wheeled Offload Logistics Follower) 6×6 Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) has advanced to Phase II of the Department of War’s “GroundBreaker 1” operational demonstration.

Following Phase I solution brief evaluations, the Hunter WOLF platform will undergo live field evaluations from October 19–23, 2026, at Camp Grafton, North Dakota. Executed under the Drone Other Transaction Authority (OTA) Consortium, military evaluators will judge platform maturity, interoperability, and field performance. Successful vendors during Phase II will be invited to submit formal proposals for a prototype OTA agreement to accelerate procurement.
